Greetings with the love of Christ, we are very excited for our Annual Church Camp this year and we hope to see all of you join us as we meet at Warm Beach Christian Camp. The registration will be available on our web site and by mail. Please register early and save money.

Early Bird: Save $50.00 per person if register before June 1st, 201.
There are two types of registration: full time and part time. The full time registers will have 5 types of lodging. And part time/day visit has no lodging and will need to sign in and pay the $10.00 (13 yrs. and up) and $9.00 (5 yrs.-12yrs.) fee required by Warm Beach Camp.
Full time registration lodging options:
- Olympic ($275/Adult, $145/child 5-12, $20/child 0-4) – a private bathroom, a queen size bed and a single day bed, linen service is included with daily towel exchange. Minimum of one adults and child over 5 yrs old is required and up to 6 people.
- Mt. Baker ($225/adult, $149/child 5-12, $20/child 0-4) – a full size bed and single bunk-style beds per sleeping room, private restroom in each room-require 5-6 people per room. No towels and linen provided. Minimum of 5 people and up to 6 people for each cabin.
- Glacier/Whistler ($158/adults, $130/child 5-12, $20/child 0-4) – contains 3 sleeping rooms (9-10 single bunk beds per cabin room), 2 restrooms, and a meeting with a sink and counter. No towels or linen provided. No minimum requirement for each cabin.
- Mt. Cabin ($140/adults, $127/child 5-12, $20/child 0-4) – 9 cabins with 12 single bunk beds. Restroom outside the cabins. No towels and linen provided. No minimum requirement for each cabin.
- Campsite/RV (with meal $126/adult, $104/child 5-12, $20/child 0-4) (without meal $42/adult, $36/child 5-12) – Electricity, water and sewer attachment available, dumping station, outdoor shelter, camper laundry, and restrooms with showers.
Part time and Day Visit:
- Day visit: 13+ ($10), 5-12 ($9), and 0-4 ($5).
Changes to our Accommodation and Transportation
With account less hours and discussion, we regret the camp committee can no longer assistant your hosting and transportation coordination between you and New Hope members. We will still provide an airport pick-up and drop off. The pick-up will be one Saturday, Aug. 13th, 2011. The shuttle will leave Sea Tac airport right at 2:00 p.m. The drop off will be from Warm Beach, leaving camp grounds at 11:00 a.m. and get to Sea Tac airport by 2:00 p.m., on Wednesday, Aug. 17th, 2011. The shuttle service is FREE of charge. If this complimentary shuttle service is not for you, we recommend you and other members to rent a car or van together.
If you are still planning to arrive earlier before camp and or stay later after camp, we suggest for you to arrange your own lodging and transportation. You are more than welcome to call one of the New Hope members yourself and or book your own hotel rooms and car rentals.
